The Large Cartridge Belt will hold .223, .243, .375, .7.62x39, .357 Mag and .40 S&W, and other medium calibers.

Will hold 45 LC snug, but you can only use every other loop.  

Plastic buckles. 2 1/4" height. Width is 1/8".

The large cartridge belt (CBLG) holds 50 rounds and fits 46"-59"" waists.

Will NOT hold .22 LR cartridges
